My mission is to influence as many people as possible to move on to that gym floor with confidence and build body strength for longevity in life. Working with me you will not only be focussed on your individual goals but will quickly share my passion for strength training for an improved quality of life. Not to mention you will get a good giggle about my crazy daily mishaps and clumsiness along the way..

1:1 Personal Training

Work through your personalised, goal focussed programme with me by your side to guide, support and push you to success.

All clients are invited to a FREE discovery call with myself, prior to booking to get to know each other and ensure that I am the best fit for you and your goals.

45-60min sessions in person within the gym environment (other locations may be considered upon request). Session duration may vary based on programming and individuals.

Prices:

  • £35 for a single session

  • £125 for a block of 4 sessions

  • £280 for a block of 10 sessions*

  • Larger block packages are available upon request

*Minimum of 2 sessions per week

 Online Coaching

It’s like 1:1 personal training but in your pocket and with the flexibility and freedom to workout in your own time, wherever you are AND with added extras!

What’s Included:

  • 4 weekly programming

  • Nutritional support and guidance

  • ‘How to’ exercise video library (Coming Soon)

  • Weekly check-ins (15-30 min video call)

  • Technique analysis via video recordings

  • Support via email and WhatsApp

  • Monthly goal setting and refocussing review

  • Adherence and consistency tracking

  • Access to the Evolve Community Facebook Group (Coming Soon)

This is for you if:

  1. You are ready to commit

  2. You are comfortable exercising by yourself in a gym environment, at home or elsewhere

  3. You want support of a personal trainer at a lower cost

Prices from £60 per month*

*Payments are to be set up as a direct debit with a 30 day cancellation period. Prices vary depending on what level of support you opt in for.

 

Outdoor Group Bootcamps

Can you complete the Evolve 4 week bootcamps?

1 hour group workout sessions available between April -October*.
Certification upon completion of 4 consistent weeks, with prizes for top performers, biggest cheerleaders and more.

Lowestoft Beach:
Tuesdays - 6am
Saturdays - 8am (Coming Soon!)

Everitts Park, Oulton Broad:
Fridays - 9:30am (Coming Soon!)
